We generally have work from home options.
Starts with leadership and human resources. They bread and enable abusively negative environments. They never deal with the "bad apples" causing the good people to eventually leave the company. Now there's A LOT of "bad apples" that have been with the company for many many years.
Change in organizational leadership from a political structure to an aligned incentive one/rational decision making
Toxic leaders are protected and there is an open culture of retaliation by managers that HR protects. There is a constant fear in the air.

I think the culture component depends upon what department a employee works in, but I feel like their is a lot of disconnect between different areas of the company and it is difficult to see how our work impacts others in a positive way.
