They do not micromanage but provide support when needed.
They listen, when we have something to say they listen to us and taking a consideration what we're saying
My leadership team is always inclusive and empowering others in engage and be creative all while solution driven to drive the business. The leadership team does take time to get to know other lower end paid members and encourage us to speak up on how we can have a better working experience.
They are empowered to make change.

I really cannot think of a lot of positives for our current leadership team.
Recognize talent. Have fair job duties for the level of pay. Don't force your employees into roles they didn't apply for with no compensation
Not supportive-don't understand don't listen. Put in positions they are not qualified for.
learn how to lead and treat people like human beings, learn your job function and the job functions of your subordinates. Don't allow favoritism, or any type of abusive behavior in the work place. BE HONEST! If you say your going to do something to help an employee with a situation, then do it.
supervisors are good but they have been stripped of their ability to control their own teams. making them impotent puppets for upper management control issues.
Knowing what business they are in and having the right people making decisions who understand that business
Private health insurance is inherently corrupt. Cambia doesn’t do anything different from any other for profit insurance company. I don’t know if there is anything they can do to better. Hope
Remove the toxic politics at the executive level. It filters down to the bottom level as the behavior becomes expected to thrive and survive. Also remove the bureaucracy from operations and IT.
