They do not micromanage but provide support when needed.
They listen, when we have something to say they listen to us and taking a consideration what we're saying
My leadership team is always inclusive and empowering others in engage and be creative all while solution driven to drive the business. The leadership team does take time to get to know other lower end paid members and encourage us to speak up on how we can have a better working experience.
They are empowered to make change.

I really cannot think of a lot of positives for our current leadership team.
Recognize talent. Have fair job duties for the level of pay. Don't force your employees into roles they didn't apply for with no compensation
Not supportive-don't understand don't listen. Put in positions they are not qualified for.
learn how to lead and treat people like human beings, learn your job function and the job functions of your subordinates. Don't allow favoritism, or any type of abusive behavior in the work place. BE HONEST! If you say your going to do something to help an employee with a situation, then do it.
supervisors are good but they have been stripped of their ability to control their own teams. making them impotent puppets for upper management control issues.
Knowing what business they are in and having the right people making decisions who understand that business
Options are provided that fit my needs
Incentive pay but it isn't a guarantee of payment therefore, would rather be compensated through the annual salary.
Retirement plan match is great. Once a year 401k added additional company bonus is awesome. Quarterly incentive program is amazing. Medical benefits are about average. Life, ltd, std, legal benefits are all great
Comp package is comepetive and fair
Pretty good PTO, ability to work from home, and insurances
Review from IT Dept
individual contributors are treated like criminals. no recognition for the work we do. compensation would be fair if we didnt have to eat it with a healthy dose of distrust.
I am not paid enough for my hours and for the skills I bring. I innovate by doing fairly simple things - yet the politics and fear keep any progress from happening or ideas from being adopted. Promotions are handled politically. COLA are only given for exceptional work / political savvy.

We make time to interact as a team on a personal level
My team consists of highly intelligent workers.
Accountable, Innovative, ethical, intelligent, reliable, cohesive, able to rely on one another if need assistance.
Smart, energetic, qualified, focused, insightful
We are always striving to improve and collaborate
Review from IT Dept
Too much politics and there is a significant lack of trust
Most of out meetings should be emails. The powerpoints are wordy and have little value.
The company supports DEI and understands the need for work/life balance
The benefits are outmatched with many employers
Remote work, Flexible hours, excellent PTO and holidays
We have many employee resource groups for all kinds of people like ethnicities, culture, sexuality.
Promotion of healthy lifestyle and encouragement to initiate improvements
Review from IT Dept
Starts with leadership and human resources. They bread and enable abusively negative environments. They never deal with the "bad apples" causing the good people to eventually leave the company. Now there's A LOT of "bad apples" that have been with the company for many many years.
Change in organizational leadership from a political structure to an aligned incentive one/rational decision making
Toxic leaders are protected and there is an open culture of retaliation by managers that HR protects. There is a constant fear in the air.
New leadership at the top levels
I think the culture component depends upon what department a employee works in, but I feel like their is a lot of disconnect between different areas of the company and it is difficult to see how our work impacts others in a positive way.
Lots of good questions about me as a person. They wanted to find out about the person and what makes them tick. It's easy to say the right things in an interview and they try to get beyond that.
Relatively straight forward. Met the right level people
Excellent recruiter who kept me informed
The thorough nature. You also interview with everyone you might potentially work with.

My colleagues are wonderful to work with
Pay your people a living wage and you'll have happy engaged and productive employees.
The culture is too toxic and the emotional burden of staying positive while constantly watching your back is too much
My department has a lot of turnover and that makes the work highly variable. As such we can have a difficult time bringing on new employees.
The opportunity to work with the members of my team and with our customers.
Willing to try new things
