Recognize talent. Have fair job duties for the level of pay. Don't force your employees into roles they didn't apply for with no compensation
Not supportive-don't understand don't listen. Put in positions they are not qualified for.
learn how to lead and treat people like human beings, learn your job function and the job functions of your subordinates. Don't allow favoritism, or any type of abusive behavior in the work place. BE HONEST! If you say your going to do something to help an employee with a situation, then do it.
supervisors are good but they have been stripped of their ability to control their own teams. making them impotent puppets for upper management control issues.
Knowing what business they are in and having the right people making decisions who understand that business
individual contributors are treated like criminals. no recognition for the work we do. compensation would be fair if we didnt have to eat it with a healthy dose of distrust.
I am not paid enough for my hours and for the skills I bring. I innovate by doing fairly simple things - yet the politics and fear keep any progress from happening or ideas from being adopted. Promotions are handled politically. COLA are only given for exceptional work / political savvy.
Review from IT Dept
Too much politics and there is a significant lack of trust
Most of out meetings should be emails. The powerpoints are wordy and have little value.
Starts with leadership and human resources. They bread and enable abusively negative environments. They never deal with the "bad apples" causing the good people to eventually leave the company. Now there's A LOT of "bad apples" that have been with the company for many many years.
Change in organizational leadership from a political structure to an aligned incentive one/rational decision making
Toxic leaders are protected and there is an open culture of retaliation by managers that HR protects. There is a constant fear in the air.
New leadership at the top levels
I think the culture component depends upon what department a employee works in, but I feel like their is a lot of disconnect between different areas of the company and it is difficult to see how our work impacts others in a positive way.

Pay your people a living wage and you'll have happy engaged and productive employees.
The culture is too toxic and the emotional burden of staying positive while constantly watching your back is too much
My department has a lot of turnover and that makes the work highly variable. As such we can have a difficult time bringing on new employees.
No lying to employees
Clarity of roles
