Bethmara Kessler — Senior Vice President of Integrated Global Services at Campbell Soup Company

Ms. Bethmara Kessler has been Senior Vice President of Integrated Global Services at Campbell Soup Company since November 1, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Corporate Audit from August 2014 to November 1, 2016. Ms. Kessler joined Campbell in 2014. Previously, she was associated with Warner Music Group, where she served as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and Co-Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, she co-founded and worked for the Fraud and Risk Advisory Group, a consulting firm. Ms. Kessler served as Vice President of Internal Audit of L Brands, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of IGS. Earlier in her career, she served on the executive leadership team at L Brands and also played a key role in helping implement its shared services processes and capabilities. She is a member of the Association of Fraud Examiners, Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems Audit & Control Association. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
