What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth. They will talk to everyone without ego or an air.
They solve problems on the floor very quickly
Not micromanagement and can be helpful with dat to day tasks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I am very undervalued
Equal pay throughout the plant. Comp time for extra hours worked.
More money hourly and a better supervisor who shows that he or she cares about who their over
The fact I know (since you already have a 2.5 star) this survery won't change a damn thing is why I feel undervalued summed up. I have a huge following on social media and every secrete and product from this company will be exposed and boycotted
I had originally applied for PMO job and was placed on the general utility job but I am still in the process of doing a PMO job but only getting paid general utility pay which is 1675
What are some of the best things about your team?
The technology works and easy to use. The campus is beautiful.
The team i was on worked well together and we all had differdnt skills.
We work together like a well oiled machine

My Zone Mgr was the best

The only thing they did positive was gave us free t shirts but i wouldnt even want to wear the shirts for that horrible company it would be an embarrassment & they gave us free lunch to try to distract us from how horibble they are to the employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Support me for being black
Don't know a whole lot about the company culture but I do know that theirs to much unfairness going on
Management, HR, leadership. Take 2 damn seconds and actually talk to workers do an anonymous vote to get real feedback. You guys clearly don't care about the everyday average worker. But keep wasting money training and marketing for new employees instead of keeping those you have.

I liked the structure of the process.
When I interviewed it was pleasant with a good boss, he and my next were both laid off. Now I am stuff with a micro crazy boss.

I had 4 interviews with them because they were super unorganized & didnt even know that they gave me a interview before.
When someone apply for a job gave them the job that they apply for don't leave them sitting in a virtual waiting room for over an hour and then make it be their fault that they don't receive the job that they previously put in for
What makes you most happy at work?
No micromanaging and autonomy for the most part
Knowing that I'm capable of doing my job and able to take care of mother when she needs me

New upper managment / along with positive change

They need new staffing that knows how to do thier job & it is passionate & love what they do. Instead of picking with the employees & finding any little reason to fire them.
Listen to concerns. Genuinely. listen
They have pulled so much cost out of the system it no longer works. Lost all credibility with distributor partners. Reverse the policies which will never happen.
