Down to earth. They will talk to everyone without ego or an air.

providing motivation and a clear vision.
Getting us answers to our questions & communicating anything to their employees
With how they treat people and communicate with their people
Suppodting employees wellbeing and prioritization. Not everything can be urgent.
Treating team members like people instead of expendable bodies
Changes to distribution system is killing the company. Morale is brutally low.
Understand that employees do not care about the same things as mangement. Also understand that we understand that everything that management does is done for slef serving reasons and not because they actually care about the employees.
