They have pulled so much cost out of the system it no longer works. Lost all credibility with distributor partners. Reverse the policies which will never happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been under compensated for years After being under compensated they then cut bonus potential. Bring it more in line with responsibility would make me feel better.
