This company is horrible, very unorganized. The staffing defenitely doesnt care about you down from the Human resources, supervisors, and leads. I had so many complaints & they basically told me they couldnt do anything about it. They find little reasons to fire the ones that work the hardest!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had 4 interviews with them because they were super unorganized & didnt even know that they gave me a interview before.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need new staffing that knows how to do thier job & it is passionate & love what they do. Instead of picking with the employees & finding any little reason to fire them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing they did positive was gave us free t shirts but i wouldnt even want to wear the shirts for that horrible company it would be an embarrassment & they gave us free lunch to try to distract us from how horibble they are to the employees.
