Been here for 7mths and everyone got an overall raise but the switchers..We endure so much from weather , up and down in the truck , moving trailers from 5 to 6 different locations and we're so under appreciateed..I feel we should be compensated more an hour due to all things that's required of us

More money hourly and a better supervisor who shows that he or she cares about who their over

Knowing that I'm capable of doing my job and able to take care of mother when she needs me

Don't know a whole lot about the company culture but I do know that theirs to much unfairness going on
