I have been at Campus Advantage for a large part of my career and love it. For me, it's a combo of the people i get to work with and a genuine level of care for the residents we are ultimately serving. I would say it is a very supportive and 'team' vibe, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

Campus Advantage has been a great company to work with and for. They care about the company culture and employee experience. In the last year, we have rolled out improved parental leave and bereavement benefits. We have an excellent 401k program, new technology, and all employee's voices count.

For a "multimillion dollar company" as you put it, that expects top notch employees you sure do pay CRAP

The Leadership Team at Campus Advantage really goes above and beyond to ensure that all employee's voices are heard, and they conduct quarterly huddles with employees to receive feedback from site operations to corporate offices.

They allow for each individual employee to thrive and allow for continued education and training.

Healthcare as I'm in lots of physical pain every day

My favorite part about the compensation package is the benefits such as free fitness, parental leave, EAP program, and the 401k before and after set up that they have.

They are positive, intelligent, and really go out of their way to help one another.

I would suggest management and headquarters listen to other's ideas. I would suggest better training too.

The owner was straight forward, I told him what I could do and he put me on the crew
