What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about our employees.
The Leadership Team at Campus Advantage really goes above and beyond to ensure that all employee's voices are heard, and they conduct quarterly huddles with employees to receive feedback from site operations to corporate offices.
They allow for each individual employee to thrive and allow for continued education and training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare as I'm in lots of physical pain every day
My favorite part about the compensation package is the benefits such as free fitness, parental leave, EAP program, and the 401k before and after set up that they have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My GM is the only reason I have not left the company
My team is determined to do the best for clients, be they residents or partners, and treat everyone with integrity.
They are positive, intelligent, and really go out of their way to help one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The owner was straight forward, I told him what I could do and he put me on the crew
My interviewer was nice and they didnt make me come back and forth like other job interviews
Erin Oltersdorf is the best recruiter I have ever interacted with. She was genuinely interested in me and my career path.

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am making a difference to residents, co-workers, and clients.
I love my mentor, the freedom I have to be successful and all that entails, and lastly, I enjoy that I am able to voice any concerns or opinions freely without repercussion.
