Tough question... this was a awesome job but with the changes and the implementation of.the double bundle system makes so sense where it's proven to cause injuries in hands and wrist . But instead of dropping it , let's.move forward regardless of.out some... make it safe make it home

the current CUPW strike eroded the trust of clients in CPC

The company needs to invest in new/different things. Examples of how have been suggested bu CUPW and have shown to work.

They need a top to bottom clear out of senior management. Too many old men with old ideas dragging everyone behind.

Management is terrible at their job

The company tries to publicly paint workers in a bad light as a negotiating tactic in order to offer smaller/no wage increases.

Poor management with no training or experience.

Safety, representation, proper pay increase, measured routes, experienced team leaders, accountability for management, non hostile conditions.

Change the current management team

corp is run by idiots that have no business in the job that they are in.
