The corporation really does not care of there employees. Always about the bottom doller. Instead of.making cuts at the bottom where the workers get the product to the customers, maybe start from the top at the ones making over 100k a year.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I am the co chair of health and safety, and we as a committee we have done amazing things helping employees make there jobs safer and cut down in the iod's per year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My superintendent is amazing . We get along we have the BEST health and safety team out there in any depot. We come up with ideas and we implement them. Out injury rate is at.all time low because of our support from supervision and superintendent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Tough question... this was a awesome job but with the changes and the implementation of.the double bundle system makes so sense where it's proven to cause injuries in hands and wrist . But instead of dropping it , let's.move forward regardless of.out some... make it safe make it home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not quit sure why someone in management is making more then the person who has over 700 - 1000 points.of call delivery. We do the work we should get.paid. it's simple . I feel if a employee does 100% delivery and has.no crms should be paid for there time .
