Even though there is a lot of negativity about the company, the employees seem to have a little fun at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing the work that we do and that we are humans, not robots. The human body can only take so much before it quits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The brass doesn’t realize what we put our bodies through every day. Our compensation is less than our competitors. Our benefits need to reflect the physicality of our job
