The use of technology to improve customer interaction and visibly of freight

Treatment of unionized workforce is horrible, wont approve contracts. No sick days or personal days. Expects every employee to do the work of atleast 2 people then asks for more. Work on skeleton staffing. Just a number no care given to those that make the executives their high salaries!
