Management and hourly employees need to become one single team and work together instead of against each other.
Treating employees with respect, paying us what were worth. Were all here to work so lying to employees and taking advantage of them especially during a pandemic has destroyed morale by telling is we are the reason CN did so good, but yet denies us our contract and says we're overpayed.

Treat us like humans, and not a number. We all have a job to do. We busted our butts during a global pandemic with covid running rampid through the workforce. Never complained and showes up to work and to be told after its all said and done that we're overpaid and wont be given PT days is obsured
Qualified, dynamic, committed, driven and tight
Many people from many different backgrounds that all put into the pot to create a better broader ability to fix problems and do daily work more efficiently. Only local management acknowledges it. So many good people with so many good ideas, that are among def ears on the executive level

Morale,morale, morale! They have beat everybody down everybody scared about losing jobs or being furloughed. Constant sense of unease and tension. Always one step away from the so called chopping block. Improve morale= happy employees= more confident , loyal and more productive employees
