Boring, chasing minutia, obsolete, passive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lots of things is going wrong in the store I work at. And I heard that others store doesn't deals with these problems. I think the entire store need restructuring. Since I've 6 year experience as Department manager at Wal-Mart I know how a department store should look. It's not what I'm facing here.

Great flexible health benefits. 100% retirement savings match after 1 year as a full-time. Aside from those items, any benefits can change with the tide of the present management. New manager doesn't want employees to work from home? Oh well. And team building events can be suspended indefinitely.
