The people are wonderful but all leave after very short periods of time because they realize there is no growth or career development at this company.

My direct manager was an effective and empathetic professional. She would’ve be the reason I stayed. She was fired, which is a reflection on the poor decision making and priorities of the CE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO clearly only cares about sales, not customer experience or employee satisfaction, which is ultimately bad for everyone including the business. I would feel better about working there if I felt I could actually have an impact on improving the product/CX and not be ignored.
