They need to compensate employees fairly by actually considering their extra 20% in contribution works. They should also improve the ESPP.
The Leadership team needs to better communicate how they evaluate comp. They need to design a better ESPP with better incentives
Employees are repeatedly told to contribute an extra 20% of their time to "better the firm." This is NOT observed in compensation fairly.
