Technology is insanely outdated, so many manual/outdated procedures.

Leadership is really content with being middle of the pack & staying out of headlines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Outside of senior leadership, there are genuine people. Co-workers have all been good people with similar principals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
CG contributes an additional 15% annually to a retirement account for you automaticallty. Full vested after 6 years. Calculated with all earned income (salary, ot, bonus).
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that if I stay with this company for 30+ years that the 15% annual contributions they make to my retirement account will serve me well in the future.
