The people i work with are very helpful
Outside of senior leadership, there are genuine people. Co-workers have all been good people with similar principals.
Leadership keeps tone positive and does not focus on flaws (the flipside of this is lack of true accountabilty as everything is "great")
Managers are nice and friendly.
