It was very very casual
The interview panel was kind.

How natural the interviews were. Felt less contrived than other experiences. I felt they wanted me to be as sure as they needed to be
I could see they care a lot about whether I will be a good teammate and a good culture fit, and valued my diverse experience, not only if I qualify the narrow job description. Technical questions were as difficult as other competitive IT companies.
Behavioral based questions are interesting
CG is almost strictly Behavior Based questions.

Standardized process. Friends of executives get in easily - family owned.
