Top quality high character associates. Company is well respected = minimal go-to-market hurdles. Management / leaders REALLY care about associates ( albeit in a paternalistic fashion). Blind spot: fraternal tribal culture that will take decades to change. Business flaw= bias to recreate the wheel.
