  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    The management and upper management need to communicate effectively and stop blaming. I feel that upper management is trying to sabotage the store/company. There is also discrimination going on.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    There should be no form of discrimination, especially from management. Management should take pride in their job and store and hold ones accountable that don't. As employees learn more and do more, they should be compensated.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I work over to ensure things are stocked and ready for the next shift. I also come in on my days off to help out and finish every job I start. I've been disregarded when I asked questions and discredited and talked down to . I've not been compensated for learning different positions /certifications
