
I had alot of airtime with my hiring manager but too little time with individuals I would work closely with. Very strong push to bring people in but almost no training or supportive resources to keep them in. 3-5 emails/week from departing colleagues; 100 open positions. Incredible for 500 head firm
The former leadership team was transparent and allowed you to speak to the teams you will work with. Currently interviewees only speak to leadership to shield any visibility to how toxic company is
