Mr. Jonathan Simpson-Dent, FCA, MA has been Advisor of Cardtronics plc since June 30, 2017. Mr. Simpson-Dent has been Chief Executive of Cashzone UK since February 2012. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Cardtronics plc from July 7, 2016 to June 30, 2017. Mr. Simpson-Dent served as Managing Director of Cardtronics Europe Limited at Cardtronics Inc. since August 2013 until July 7, 2016. He led Cardtronics??? business in the European region, driving growth for it in this key international market. In this role, ws responsible for profit & loss, corporate strategy, customer satisfaction, business integration and brand development, as well as product development and management. He has been successfully growing businesses for more than 15 years. A seasoned Leader in both private equity and public company environments, he has 25 years of strategy development expertise. He joined Cardtronics in 2013. He served as Chief Executive of Cardpoint Services Limited since February 2012. He served as a Chief Financial Officer of Homeserve PLC from March 26, 2007 to June 26, 2009. He has led the management buyout of the insurance services arm of HomeServe plc to create Evander Group. Mr. Simpson-Dent served as Financial Director of United Kingdom of Netcare Limited since 2006. He served as Group Finance Director of General Healthcare Group Limited since January 2006 and its Chief Finance Officer. He joined GHG in 2006. Mr. Simpson-Dent was previously employed by PepsiCo, where he performed several international Chief Financial Officer roles, latterly for Snacks and Beverages in the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1999, he served at McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic consultancy advice primarily to retail and consumer goods businesses. He started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, working in both the Audit and Corporate Finance practices. He serves as the Chairman of Bromford Housing Group Limited. He has been a Director of Cardtronics Europe Ltd. since October 24, 2014. He served as a Director of Homeserve PLC from March 30, 2007 to June 26, 2009. He is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Simpson-Dent has an Honours degree from Cambridge University.
