What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and including lower level employees
Communicating company goals, showing true leadership ability by taking charge instead of aloofly hiding from behind and truly being transparent with employees (instead of just saying you are.)
They need more experienced leaders with strong emotional intelligence
