Seem like leadership was more interested in driving the company into the ground. Left the company after the 3 stooges of finance destroyed the team and I couldn't get the reporting that I needed to try to turn my vertical around.

Learning the business, knowing what our customer needs are, listening to those who work for them instead of firing those who disagree
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Go back to where it was before they started destroying the benefit. We had awesome insurance, a good 401k match and the like... It's been taken away.
