Seriously the best coworkers I've ever had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely friendly, positive co-workers and a great culture all around. Really do love to go to work everyday primarily because of the people in the office. Bringing in some fresh perspectives at the top will make the teams across the company even more productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I was first hired, I honestly felt like it was the best work environment and culture I had ever experienced. The values were authentically represented in every interaction. It's deteriorated a bit with the uncertainty of the company sale and waiting for things to normalize again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases after hire are minimal. Management is stingy with merit, market and promotional increases, unless you're a relative or referral of the CEO and his C-Suite friends. Much harder to promote or earn a decent wage if you're female. We're all hoping new owners will change things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders need to focus and communicate core strategy and products, live the mission of empowering employment inside the company. T&E was out of control with minimal renewals or new logos, no employee skill building outside ed funds to get a degree. Hoping Apollo will make smart decisions for us.
