- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?All nurses need 15-20% raise asap. This is a very stressful jib and nurses need more than 2-3 weeks off a year. We are timed during all calls. Have a lot of clients to keep up with and the amount of stress is not compensated well. All staff no matter the hours, should earn PTO at high amounts
