What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We try to stay positive at the facility. Events for patients and staff. Holiday celebrations. None of that is because of Careone.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team at my facility is great. I don’t remember seeing any corporate support more than once or twice. Had a team meeting while a regional person was there once. She was in the building but still held the meeting on phone from a different roo
