Good learning experiences. Not good work life balance. Corporate team decent but often times not in touch with reality on site grounds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Execution and getting projects to a finish
What did you like most about the interview process?
I am not sure. For college it was great but after that internal promotions were lack of transparency
What makes you most happy at work?
I wouldnt say theres much to be happy about other than some good learning based on developed programs. Though with low end internal training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should value my health more. Runs you to down fast. Mentally and physically. Compensation alright, but not when you consider these main issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the fresh people from college coming on site with hopes of a better future. Though this mindset is justifiably able to change within a couple years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the needs of an employee. Can't be worked like a dog and expect employees to have longevitiy at this company. We have lives outside of work. Needs to adopt more of a Western style management mentality for work life balance and flexibility.
