I work from home so my environment is perfect
Environment is Supportive, Friendly, Flexible
Very informal and collegial. Rarely one of political positioning or infighting.
Everyone gets along like family
Most everything is postive about the company
Some of the fresh people from college coming on site with hopes of a better future. Though this mindset is justifiably able to change within a couple years.
Its a small group of people who actually care and push each other to achieve goals and spread credit where it should go.

Make a point that there is a serious conflict of interest with the nepotism and supervisors hiring their children or nieces and nephews and then supervising over them

Yall need to fire or evaluate jimmy the maintenance supervisor and our pay
The pay and your maintenance supervisor jimmy needs to stop being hateful to people that are good workers and the other guys shouldn't hate on people that are humble and come to work everyday
More resources, more demonstrating employee value, willingness to address issues
New leaders who are effective in working in the post-COVID world. Adopt a radical candid approach to conversations. Don't penalize employees for pushing leaders to think and act differently.
