Being an actual team, people get special treatment because theyve been there for 20+ years

Poor place to work at. No communication Horrible Work hours always cut due to shutdowns.
Understanding the needs of an employee. Can't be worked like a dog and expect employees to have longevitiy at this company. We have lives outside of work. Needs to adopt more of a Western style management mentality for work life balance and flexibility.

(Turkey Farm mainly artificial insiminaton) They seem to be playing more of a guessing game then actual knowledge. Constantly implementing things when I feel they don't know what the trenches are like. I just feel they are looking for a better way by guessing then research.
