Work is great just paycheck are wrong a lot and hr in my branch very rude and hard to aproach yet alone contact.

Just watching the progression and effort unfold it's rewarding.
What do you like best about your company?
Opportunity and growth possibility as well as chance to travel to other countries
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just communication I feel it's all a who's guess best when it comes to the farms.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All around outstanding benefits and pay. They also have started a new work schedule that is exhausting but extremely rewarding. More time for your personal life!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The point system we have a hard job only get 7 points no half points and you have to wait a whole year for that point to roll off
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family and work together great even though we have our differences. Our supervisors go to bat for us and want to help us get a job done but care about us just as much. They constantly show appreciation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Three important things. 1 and 2 are equal. Animal welfare and employees safety and welfare. They don't spare a moment or dime on these two things. 3 getting the job done not as a chore but trying to help us enjoy it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
(Turkey Farm mainly artificial insiminaton) They seem to be playing more of a guessing game then actual knowledge. Constantly implementing things when I feel they don't know what the trenches are like. I just feel they are looking for a better way by guessing then research.
