Staying busy and hitting the goals that myself and my team have laid out for me. Getting on target each month is a challenge but very worthwhile if you're able to hit your goals

Review from Sales Dept

Being around my coworkers in a winning environment

Review from Sales Dept

The people and the work. Not doing too many standard big company things that would slow us down

Review from Product Dept

I feel recognized for the good things I do. I'm recognized when I achieve something. My manager allows me to operate the way I need to in order to be successful with very little oversight.

Review from IT Dept

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Higher pay and more impressive coworkers

Review from Finance Dept

Going to work is still work LOL

Review from Engineering Dept

Understaffed team, role different than originally promised

Review from HR Dept

I've experienced a lot of inefficiency/anxious activity which trickles down to teams from leadership taking on projects that don't either align or make sense with our current strategy. It feels to me as though some of our leaders are afraid to say no or push back and the end result is burnout.

Review from HR Dept

Working in the same position after a while gets boring. Promote from within to retain talent, and allow for additional opportunities. I.E someone from product to work a role that interest them in talent, etc.

Review from Finance Dept

Too many priorities, not enough people to get all the work done.

Review from Marketing Dept

Work is siloed between teams. Our senior managers have trouble owning and delegating work without involving executives. Even the smallest cross-functional projects take months to execute + end product is watered down/conservative vs initial idea
