It was very much a one on one conversation and there wasn't a lot of pressure

I Enjoy the relationship between me and my coworkers because we are always there to talk to each other and we respect each other's opinions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The location of Caribou that I am at we have a positive bond with many of our regulars and our coworkers respect our opinions and if they don't we can easily talk it out
