CWT Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health, dental and vision insurance

Review from Sales Dept

It's all even equal across the board I'd say

taking surveys just to find vacation info

Company match to stock options

Review from Operations Dept

I get a 10% bonus for working certain account, and get to work from home. Even before Covid!

Review from Sales Dept

401k medical dental vision coverage

Review from Sales Dept

Lots of time off and good benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Knowing there a people who have threatened to leave the company just to get what they want has led to situations where there are agents who make more than their managers; and most managers are severely underpaid in comparison to other travel companies. Workload too high for the pay.

Pay increase and/or manageable workloads

Constant overtime, the workload and no support

Review from Operations Dept

to be paid a living wage, what same or better than someone hired today, free medical for employee

For the amount of work experience and number of years with this company i should he making more money. No incentives or bonus pay.

Getting paid industry standards and paying less for benefits

wages are minimum wage at moment and working on your equipment and using your own smartphone ( no reimbursement)

Yes, you are just a number and are made to feel like you are easily replaceable

an increase would be great, as since COVID, there has not been increments.

A raise to the rest of the other agents level

Our hours are routinely cut then we are asked to work harder to make up for the loss of hours, reintroduce a 40 hour week and fair merit raises.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Best salary. Better designed incentives program.

Review from Operations Dept

Better merit increase and I don't even get an interview when I apply for an internal job move
