What do you like best about the leadership team?My immediate supervisor is fantastic. Any higher than that and they don't care about you as a person you're just a number. All that matters to anyone higher is the bottom line, how much money the company is going to make not how the employee is treated.
What are some of the best things about your team?Undying loyalty and lots of knowledge
What did you like most about the interview process? It all sounded good and like I could apply my preexisting knowledge
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen to the people who do the actual job. We're being managed into the ground by people who, for the most part, have no true experience in the travel industry, but who "manage"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Train new people better, not quicker, and treat the loyal agents as what they are - the biggest asset you have and the most important building block that keeps you up and running.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Knowing there a people who have threatened to leave the company just to get what they want has led to situations where there are agents who make more than their managers; and most managers are severely underpaid in comparison to other travel companies. Workload too high for the pay.
