My immediate supervisor is fantastic. Any higher than that and they don't care about you as a person you're just a number. All that matters to anyone higher is the bottom line, how much money the company is going to make not how the employee is treated.

There is nothing positive about the culture at CWT. They strive to use countless types of matrices to score you on a monthly basis and will always find something to fault you with
