What do you like best about the leadership team?

My immediate supervisor is fantastic. Any higher than that and they don't care about you as a person you're just a number. All that matters to anyone higher is the bottom line, how much money the company is going to make not how the employee is treated.

They're trying to improve over the disastrous previous executive management's disregard towards the employees

Listen to the people who do the actual job. We're being managed into the ground by people who, for the most part, have no true experience in the travel industry, but who "manage"
