Tech issues are killing the company. Start from scratch.
Knowing there a people who have threatened to leave the company just to get what they want has led to situations where there are agents who make more than their managers; and most managers are severely underpaid in comparison to other travel companies. Workload too high for the pay.

Lack of employee appreciation from the top
rebuild your work force, so many employees quit and they are not replaced, they just ask those that stay to work more for less pay and hours.

Sending off work to off shore Costa Rica and Manila. Cheap labor poor customer service and product knowledge. Lack of communication skills and unable to think outside the box
