We work well together. They go above and beyond even though they are very rarely ever rewarded.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company states that they make every effort to allow for work-life balance however this is not true in their actions. They need to act versus saying things that are not true.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mean what you say and say what you mean. Guarantee staff has work-life balance including having vacations during holidays. They need to make sure we are fully staffed that we are able to take time off when requested if we do have PTO available. They need to reduce the Urgent Care hours to 36 hours.
