Carrabba's Italian Grill Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The only good part was the tips everyday that’s

It's great. All of it. I love it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I work part time i dont get it

Review from Sales Dept

Medical benefits are always a plus

You get dental, vision & health

Health insurance. Timely raises, and PTO

It all seems good to me so the whole thing

Review from Customer Support Dept

the dollar per hour I am getting paid

Review from Operations Dept

I can make more in tips and not have to worry about taxes taking out all of what I've made.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We have no compensation package.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we were paid fairly according to the time we’ve worked at the company and the task and rolls we are expected to excel and execute without complai

I applied for a food runner position and instead got hired for kitchen. I dont get tips so im making far less then people who do less. Im doing prep and havent got a raise even though i do that and cold side. Maybe being appreciated would be nice

Primero que nada llevo haciendo el trabajo de dos desde hacen 4 meses solo he pedido ayuda y siempre me dicen estamos contratando y nada y cuando les hago saber mi frustración siempre me salen con que me van a quitar días o me van a sac

Don't know how to answer

less work, not having to pick up the slack of other jobs just because managers want to stay low on labor

I feel undervalued because our JvP gives no support what so ever, the lack of training for managers and partners is astonishing. I would feel better if i was acknowledged and compensated when we are down managers and or partners, it isnt fair to do twice as much work with no compensation.

Everyday we deal with customers and the variety of their personalitys. Im constantly anxious and overwhelmed constantly thinking about stuff i have to get done outside of work and at the same time there's a 50 year old man yelling at me because the steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare

Nothing like being passed over for a promotion by some outsider that didnt put in their time with the company.

Having access to my pay stub

Review from Operations Dept

Offer better benefits to your employees such as included health care.

I didn't receive any benefits, and it was obvious that I was not an important member of staff by how I wasn't offered another position during the pandemic, I was just taken off the schedule completely.

Being paid a living wage

I feel undervalued as a host it should be $9/hr with tips. We do nearly everything

there are no benefits even for full time employeed

Not changing my pay without my knowledge

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would just like the company to actually show that they care about their workers and the customers because they'll tell you they care about the customers but they do not they only care about the dollar bill

If I was given respect because I worked hard there and never once got a thank you for going above and beyond I got sympathy for my carpal tunnel because they over worked me.

Review from Sales Dept

We do not get paid for a majority of our work. We make server wage and do not have the option to be tipped on at least half of our orders.

Review from Sales Dept

Paid more for ALL the jobs I do

Review from Sales Dept

It is unclear what we are being paid for and how much. Third party tips were taken away and we are essentially working for under minimum wage for third party vendors when 50% of orders come from third party. I always wind up having to claim more in tips than I actually make
