I'm a server, I get along with all the other servers I work with at Carrabba's. However, management needs work. They do the bare minimum out on the floor and care more about sales than the wellbeing of their workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers that support me and that I myself try to support.
What makes you most happy at work?
The other servers, the one host that does his job, and nice and friendly costomers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other servers I work with, are on the same level of the totem pole and all understand how we could all use help and help each other. Some servers may not be the best, but overall the servers I work with are great. The hosts don't do their job properly and management does nothing about it.
