I shouldn't have to depend on the customers to pay my bills. Some customers dont tip because they only have enough to pay for the food. Carrabbas needs to pay higher so im able to actually have a life instead working 6 days a week only to pay bills.

We all understand are place and know how to work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are cool but just like everyone in the restaurant, we all feel dead inside. Were all struggling and it all ends with "if only i got paid more"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyday we deal with customers and the variety of their personalitys. Im constantly anxious and overwhelmed constantly thinking about stuff i have to get done outside of work and at the same time there's a 50 year old man yelling at me because the steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare
