I have worked at the lansing location for seven years. The last year has been really stressful because employees are not being hold accountable for bad work ethic. The proprietor is only worried about being friends instead of being a manager. I really enjoyed working for carrabbas.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show good work ethic. Managers and coworkers are careless on the quality of service.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that I had two interviews with both the proprietor and manager of the store with in depth questions of my goals with the company and information on beliefs and the culture of carrabbas.
