Stop looking for desprate people by making them wait hours for an interview. And getting people willing and ready to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being reasonable and understanding. We arent in a career path. You cant expect people to treat an underpayed job like a career

Managers that know what theyre doing. Ive had two the entire time ive worked here. And they are both at different dtores now.
