What are some of the best things about your team?
Good communication, professional, easy going. My coworkers make the shift bearable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management, they treat you like the scum on the bottom of their shoes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much, they don’t listen to your concerns about the work environment, the managers talk to you like you’re incompetent, and there is very obvious favoritism in the work place therefor
